We shouldn't get outraged, we should embrace and extend. For example, I could send out an email to my mailing list, then solicit comments from the local paper. He's a likely write-up:

In an email to Linux community users Ferris warned that using Windows would cause your hair to fall out and make computer usage "dangerously close to terrorism". Furthermore, he warned, "Windows flagrant disrespect for your intellegence will likely end up leading to lead or mercury poisoning." Environmental experts were somewhat guarded when asked about the poisoning conclusion, saying that likely Ferris' lack of sleep and general insanity when it came to any competitor to Linux was probably making his conclusions "eratic".

I mean, what's the difference, we can easily stoop lower than Gates here... :-)

Okay, it was just a thought experiment.
