Charlie Clarke (when he was Education Minister) proudly announced that he had tied the British Education system to a 9 year contract with Microsoft.
Then, more recently, Microsoft and the Brit' Gov' announced a special deal whereby schools could get up to £65,000 to spend on IT, providing they spent it only on Microsoft products in the next 4 years. And now this... Talk about the left hand not knowing what the right is doing. |
