Gotta love Alfred! I once stood up at an managerial meeting (about 5-6 years ago) and told them that we had better commoditize the web app server before our competitors and/or the open source community did. The comment was not well received. Gotta love what companies do to "protect" their "Intellectual Property". Is is wise to "protect IP" even if it means losing marketshare? (the quotation marks are very intentional in my comments here) |
