What license is the JDS desktop?

I don't see what license this is released under anywhere on the linked site: http://opensolaris.org/os/community/desktop/communities/jds/ There are dozens of "open source" licenses, and a number of them are quite restrictive and not really open at all. More like "all your code are belong to us" than truly open. So what's the story here? |
