Doesn't this clash horribly with what Intel are doing in China?

Why plan on selling millions of Linux machines in China and then go and knobble Linux as a platform in the West? Seems a little daft to me.

Unless there's a deeper, darker plan that we's not privvy to.

this was reported on about two months ago as well via the inquirer. Given that Intel has set their course, I am not watching them near as closely as I am AMD.
