Glad to see an international body with the guts to stand up to MS. This is not the first time and won't be the last. The times of MS bulling is fading away. This is not by accident and only have been possible because of FOSS, its advances in technology and proliferation internationaly. Many companies and organization are using FOSS as a club against MS and pretty much telling them to shape up or else.

"Taking into account the importance of proprietary software in the markets of the countries, we reiterate the need to encourage and foster collaborative development, inter-operative platforms and free and open source software, in ways that reflect the possibilities of different software models, notably for education, science and digital inclusion programmes."

RMS doesn't consider this a win, I guess we all understand why. RMS has very high standards but I see this as a big win considering the power MS has and its influence on politicians.
