I thought I would just point out that Ubuntu uses sudo similarly to OS X.

Which is fine of course.

There's nothing horribly "wrong" per se with the article. I guess there are some that don't understand sudo (thinking it's some way of restricting access)... and I'm thinking the author of the article might be one of them (emphasis on might).

Lol,, Ubuntu isn't the only one. This is SOP for Debian too.
