Is a project of great value, though I do see problems, that will be as complex, as support issues, that out step development with the address of fixes in a single time frame. The question is, just how much of a community's unpaid work will be required to meet paid support needs.

Bug fixes that are not paid for, are different from those that are, and though many will pay, it remains to be seen how a development keeps up with request and questions from so many paying. The rules for bug reports are fine, but too many rules, or too heavy on restrictions, will have most checking e-mail while they wait, for replies on request and questions that may be of importance to them; and they are paying for the service.

While all services have limits true, paying for support on something that was obtained free, does change things, and those paying will have the same demands as those, if they had paid for the software with the same support.
