It is not good to store passwords on Portable Firefox running on a USB stick. Someone could secretly copy your entire thumb drive contents over the network. This happened to me once -- luckily I hadn't saved passwords on it. Even if you set a master password, they could crack it at their lesiure.

Portable Apps are great -- not secure for passwords though...
