If it is already FS/OSS, why the news it goes FS/OSS?

The new and updated UCS will from now on contain the UGS, the Univention groupware server, which is based on Kolab, while UCS itself is based on Debian GNU/Linux and standard software like OpenLDAP.

Either UCS was previously based on closed source software and it is now replaced by a Debian/Kolab based solution under the same name or it has been FS/OSS all along. Or they might have had a CSS OpenLDAP implementation and they opened that up.

Anyway, it doesn't seem to be such of a splash as the headline suggests.
