this article is in dutch , saying that the dutch normalisation institute ( N.E.N.) had the opinion that OOXML was not yet ready to get a ISO-ok-vote from them , but they got a 'phonecall' last friday from 'Mordor$oft'..... and guess what...they changed their mind....
