Tuning Debian before Oracle 11g installation

It's well known that Debian should be carefully tuned before Oracle 10g R2 install. Several additional packages must be installed and also some other actions should be undertaken.Nothing has been written regarding mentioned issues in case of atempt to install Oracle 11g.
