Nice to see Linus giving political answers again, instead of saying 'Shut up' to 'fellow devs'. His replies in Microsoft related questions are more polite than his answers when it comes to Linux related questions, which is good in one way, but I think it would be good if all his answers were polite. Or is it just me?

Most of the article was just the authors impression, not full quotes from LT. That last paragraph was a LT jem.

hkwint, seems like most Linux people are a bit abrasive but in a gnu way!

Personally I think he has a very firm grip on what he intended and intends for Linux. He also managed to do it with out allowing his vision to be subverted by gnutjobs.

What has endeared him to me is that he is always getting prodded to say something controversial and it almost always fails.

Its almost like he puts his own words in his own mouth or something.. :-)
