It always amazes me how quickly some people will dig for their note pad to write down everything I am teaching them after I utter this golden phrase. "Before we get started you need to know this is on the clock." |

Beautifully said! Indeed, isn't this one of the underlying reasons people tend to use Windows? It's expensive, even if they themselves were handed a copy by a "friend", so it must be more valuable than something that is merely given away. http://tlug.jp/articles/Windows_Is_Free |
