2:48 AM UTC 		Scott, tracyanne et. al, it looks like you can sign as well on [HYPERLINK@www.openparliament.eu] because all the countries, not just the EU ones, are in the list. Or does it give some kind of "sod off" message if you try to sign it with a non-EU country selected?

Which does rather specifically leave me out.

A shame they put that in though. There's no reason to assume that people outside the EU do not care or are not affected by the EUs' choices.
