The way I understand most is "The majority of; nearly all of". But this chart shows otherwise

21% compared to 32% is not bad at all for a product that is trying to unlock many users who have been under MS Office control for many years. If OOO/LO had decent marketing resources, MS Office wouldn't enjoy the higher percentage.

Beside, this is a poll in a country where BillyG was knighted by its queen. I say it is not bad at all especially when LO has made strong improvement over OOo in a very short time already.
