What are these guys smoking? After all the complaining about their crappy new UI, they really think they're going to get more followers? Are they insane?

The link from that story plays some very annoying audio about cloud computing that I could only turn off by closing the page.

As I always say, if and when Ubuntu gets some preload deals done, they can start chipping away at the 200 million goal. If they're depending on geeks like us to install after the fact, enough of us have moved on that it ain't gonna happen.

200 million installs? Are they lumping the *Buntu derivatives in with that number?

Does this mean...? Could it possibly be...?

Canonical is actually going to start doing some big budget marketing? Because without it, it's a pipe dream...no, it's more than that. It's a flashback to the late 60's when orange barrel was plentiful.

And if you have to ask what orange barrel was, go ask Alice.

Something else that'll help you feel better is to go out to eat.

You can get anything you want at Alice's Restaurant. (Excepting Alice)
