Win7 does the same thing. I hate it. One of the happiest things about turning the work laptop off and going home is to know that I can drag a window anywhere I want to without the system deciding what it is I _actually_ want to do and doing it for me without asking.

I'm not even two paragraphs into the story and already I'm making a check list of things I will want to DISABLE (if possible) in KDE4 (if I ever feel masochistic enough to try it again).

My life sucks enough as it is, does my computer have to mess with me as well? Seems so.
