Seriously - ARM with all of it's current closed source faults hardware driver wise is still shaping up to be a major player in the computer world (it is already if you count all those smart phones running around).

This shouldn't be a big surprise. Fedora is set up as a community precursor to RHEL which plays more in server space than on the desktop. Our group uses the Scientific Linux clone for servers or when someone needs a rock-solid it-will-never-break desktop machine. The rest of us use a mix of Fedora or Mint desktop machines because the interfaces are more up-to-date.

When we start to see ARM move into server space we will see Fedora move from secondary to primary support for ARM processors.

From what I can tell, they're basically saying "it's too hard, it's too slow, let Debian do it" ;)

After the brag-video about their porting it to the Raspberry Pi...?

@jezuch: That, or "The blobs are too closed!" I can understand that, but... Methinks at this point the Seneca/Fedora port effort will exert more pressure on that than mere whinging will, by pointing out where greater cooperation will lead to more "3: PROFIT!", meaning, more parts shipped.
