As I have always believed: a prison cell is a prison cell is a prison cell is a prison cell........no matter how nice a cell. It can have gold plated taps, bedding changed daily, pictures on the wall changed weekly, top rate menu, courteous service with clean guards......but it is still a prison cell. And Apple is the CEO in charge of the prison. PS......I nearly forgot.....And of course, you pay to get in there, and dare I say it, keep on paying. |

It's nice to see an Apple fan who "gets it" (whether or not they stay with Apple products). A nuanced view that recognizes the drawbacks of ones favored technology is always a good thing (and this applies to Linux as well) There were some good links in the article, too. |
