Pretty stupid if I understand what they are saying.

Terms of Service?

I'm not aware that they were

1. Bound by the terms of service (ie -- taking action based on a license granted for use of the underlying product)

2. Doing anything that violates a copyright or patent or anything (which is why they are talking Terms of Service instead of something that really matters)
