Wasn't cryptoloop deprecated a long time ago: http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/html_single/Cryptoloop-HOWTO/ I also believe there were reported security issues with cryptoloop back in the day. See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cryptoloop I thought everyone had moved to dm_crypt with LUKS for encryption. |
