has now become official. We have been hearing the same lame excuse about Linux "fragmentation" from the bloke for way too long, and all while others, notably Valve have had no problems porting their applications to Linux.

The best thing about this is that we won't have to put up with his whinging, as he clearly has no intention of supporting Linux with his software.

Good luck in the walled garden MONOculture Miguel. Have fun talking to all the hipster fanbois.

In my opinion this is a shame. Despite what some may think of Miguel there is no denying his contributions to the Linux desktop.

Also, if you follow the Monogame Twitter account, most of what they brag about there is using mono to deploy to Windows 8. Don't think his loyalties were ever in question. Which is, of course his own choice and right, but it does put things in a clearer light and specifically that of his company... we know which platform will have second-class citizen status.
