I started my business a few years ago and learned the hard way that roughly 10 % of my clients cause roughly 90 % of my migraines. So no matter how big or important the client is, as soon as I figure out the relationship is of a toxic nature, I fire him.

My resolutions for 2014 are only of a "boring" nature, lose a few kilos and get better at climbing. My geek projects all have a nice momentum.

Cheers from the sunny South of France,

My resolutions are: Jog at least a couple km per week. Eat more and gain 3-4kg. Watch more movies and discover more bands. Not buy more than 3 smartphones, preferably used instead of new. Actually read a few books.

I think these should be fairly realistic goals given the lack of my self expectation.

I've never owned a smartphone (or any mobile phone) in my life. On the other hand, I can give you ten kilos for free. :o)
