In a post that came out shortly before this FOSS Force commentary was posted, Stephen Smoogen blogged that, "[m]y original intention was to make an absurd point by proposing to drop 32 bit architectures from being primary in Fedora. I didn't communicate clearly that this was meant to be absurd."

So I take this to mean no proposal is forthcoming. However, I stand by the positions taken in the original commentary in response to Stephen's original "proposal."
