How to install Flash player on Fedora 17

To install flash in Fedora, use the following steps:

1- Add the following repositories

  • For Fedora 32-bit x86
 rpm -ivh http://linuxdownload.adobe.com/adobe-release/adobe-release-i386-1.0-1.noarch.rpm
rpm --import /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-adobe-linux
  • For Fedora 64-bit x86_64
rpm -ivh http://linuxdownload.adobe.com/adobe-release/adobe-release-x86_64-1.0-1.noarch.rpm
rpm --import /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-adobe-linux

2- Refresh   repositories

yum update

3- Install the  flash plugins

yum install flash-plugin nspluginwrapper alsa-plugins-pulseaudio libcurl

check  the browser plugins  now , Open Mozilla Firefox and write about:plugins
