Ubuntu 12.10 Beta 2 Arrives

The second beta release for the forthcoming Ubuntu 12.10 "Quantal Quetzal" Linux distribution is now available for testing.

Kate Stewart announced the second and final beta on Thursday afternoon on the behalf of all Ubuntu Linux developers.

This second beta includes a slightly updated Linux 3.5 kernel, Unity 6.6 with the new shopping lens and other work, and GNOME package updates. Accessibility support is now also turned on by default.
