It's time for another bi-weekly development Wine release for running Windows binaries on Linux and other operating systems.

This release does pack a few interesting changes:

- Much better behavior of the URL cache.
- Improved GIF image support.
- More parser features in the shader compiler.
- Optimizations in JavaScript.
- Various bug fixes.

Worth noting for v1.5.14 is the continued work on the Wine shader compiler as part of the Wine Direct3D support. There's also improved GIF image support and JavaScript optimizations.
