Greg Kroah-Hartman announced a few hours ago, December 10, the immediate availability for download of the tenth maintenance release for the stable Linux 3.6 kernel series.

Looking at the raw changelog, we can see that Linux kernel 3.6.10 brings a couple of ARM and x86 fixes, some Radeon and i915 patches, wireless and network fixes, and a few other small improvements.

“I'm announcing the release of the 3.6.10 kernel. All users of the 3.6 kernel series must upgrade.”

“The updated 3.6.y git tree can be found at: git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux-stable.git linux-3.6.y and can be browsed at the normal kernel.org git web browser: http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/linux-stable.git;a=summary” said Greg KH in the email announcement.
