Digia has shared that they're looking to release Qt 5.0.1 in January.

Qt 5.0 was released in mid-December and now Digia is looking at putting out the first point release in January.

From this development thread, Iikka Eklund of Digia says they're looking to move into the release branch today with about 300 commits since 5.0.0 stable, new installers for testing will be available shortly through the Qt Project, and the expected release time for Qt 5.0.1 is in January.
