LINUX GAMING
In addition to the two peculiar games coming to Linux being done by Replay Games, another unique title coming to Linux is Euro Truck Simulator 2.

SCS Software has shared that their native Linux port of Euro Truck Simulators 2 is nearly complete. Euro Truck Simulators 2 is the sequel to the original Euro Truck Simulator and is a game set around driving across Europe with touring different cities, delivering different cargos, and carrying out other tasks.

Euro Truck Simulators 2 was originally released in October of 2012 for Windows. The game engine already utilizes OpenGL and now a native Linux port of this single-player game is being carried out.

From the screenshots provided by SCS Software, it seems -- like is the case with most game studios -- their Linux work is being done from Ubuntu. More details on the Euro Truck Simulators 2 Linux port can be found via the SCS Software blog.
