Debian 7.2 Officially Released

Debian 7.2 was officially released on Saturday to provide bug-fixes for Wheezy.

The exciting work going on in the Debian GNU/Linux and Debian GNU/kFreeBSD camps right now are being prepped for the eventual release of Debian 8.0 Jessie while Debian 7.2 was released over the weekend to just ship bug-fixes atop Wheezy.

Debian 7.2 is mainly out there for fixing security problems on the stable release along with adjustments for a few serious problems. A list of the fixes in Debian 7.2 can be found via the official release announcement at Debian.org.
