Valve Shows Off Steam Machines Prototype

Valve has begun showing off their Steam Machines Linux-based gaming console prototypes.

Valve has been getting ready to push out a couple hundred Steam Machines prototypes powered by their Linux-based SteamOS and their new game controllers. Valve has started showing off the prototypes to a few different outlets.

If you're interested in taking a look at the Steam Machines prototype, stop by The Verge. More retail information on the Steam Machines should be available early next year along with their SteamOS Linux operating system.
