By - | Views: 16,944
The survival game Rust from the dudes at Facepunch has been updated today, featuring a whole bunch of new kit.

They have some new features, and a new team member they hired who has been fixing up Mac & Linux issues!

Just look at the lovely new water!

Changes at a glance
New skybox - improves performance, you can see the moon at night
New water - it's looking a lot nicer
Linux fixes - grass now renders correctly, you can play in the highest settings now too
Item durability - Prepare to have items get damaged and broken

It's good to see them hiring new people that are already working on it, they aren't exactly short on money after-all. Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

Good to see they are paying attention to Rust's Linux users.

With Garry's mod Linux users get ignored. This 9 month old bug for example. Mounting Source content in Gmod isn't important or anything... Good thing someone not on the payroll stepped up and offered a temporary fix. Not a peep from Garry about it and the other mods just offer cocky comments.
