Powered by the latest long-term supported Linux 4.1 kernel, the Manjaro Linux Cinnamon 15.09 Community Edition distribution comes with the LibreOffice 5.0 office suite, an updated Maia theme that looks simply gorgeous, a new Plymouth boot splash screen designed for the 15.09 (Bellatrix) release of Manjaro Linux, and, of course, the latest version of the in-house built Manjaro tools.

Manjaro Linux Cinnamon 15.09 Community Edition includes the latest versions of the Calamares and Thus graphical installers, along with an updated version of the CLI (Comman-Line Interface) installer. As expected, the distribution has been syncronized with the upstream Arch Linux repositories, which means that it includes the latest security patches and bugfixes.
The entire look of the distribution has been changed in the 15.09 release, as the development team wanted to take a new visual approach to things within the Cinnamon desktop environment. As such, the LightDM (login manager) background has been changed, there are new wallpapers and icon themes, and Cinnamon has been updated to the latest 2.6 series.
