MontaVista Customers Offered Access to Wind River's Commercial Grade Linux Support and Professional Services

ALAMEDA, Calif., April 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Wind River Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: WIND), the global leader in Device Software Optimization (DSO), today announced a new trade-in program for device manufacturers currently shipping devices running MontaVista Linux products. The Wind River MontaVista Trade-In Program offers a safe migration strategy for companies that commit to developing their next project on a Wind River device software platform. By opting into the new program, MontaVista Software customers have a safe migration path to the device software industry's leading commercial grade Linux platforms including access to Wind River's world-class support and professional services.
