Because the page evolved a lot, Wikipedia archived the entire collection of old articles and posted them on a separate domain entitled Nostalgia Wikipedia. The information displayed by Google is at least interesting because the Mountain View giant is described as a company that owns 3500 computers equipped with Linux platforms. As Google Blogoscoped reports, the current number of Google's computers is not known but the users are talking about hundreds of thousands.

At this time, Google is the largest company on the Internet with millions of users coming from every corner of the world. And that's not all. It's not quite clear how many employees are working at the Googleplex but the number is somehow close to 12.000. According to the new Wikipedia, Google recorded no less than 10.604 billion in 2006 while 3.077 billion represents only the net income. It's obvious that Google is one of the Internet giants and the main thing that helped Larry and Sergey become popular is surely the search technology that revolutionized the Internet world.
