Novell Backs Up Open-Source Promise; Puts NetWare, Linux kernels in new Open Enterprise Server

Novell Inc. punctuated its commitment to open-source software at its annual Brainshare conference in late March by releasing its YaST configuration tool and iFolder remote document management software under the GNU General Public License (GPL) and by announcing plans to release a Linux and NetWare bridge product a year ahead of schedule.
