IT needs to learn to enchant users

As I listened to former Apple evangelist and author Guy Kawasaki speak last week at the AIIM14 Conference about enchanting your customers it occurred to me that what he was saying applied to many areas including IT. As Kawasaki said, try defaulting to "yes" and watch what happens.
