There are many small form factor personal computers, generally aimed and specific tasks. but the new GeekBox is the first one I have seen with an identity crisis.

I am a fan of the small computers, and personally love a combination of Raspberry Pi’s and android boxes. Different computers for different tasks. Now I could use a raspberry pi to watch media, and a android box to act as a server, but I do it the other way round as as they perform better that way. Now on to GeekBox, a $109 SBC by Geekbuyings which runs both Android and Ubuntu on an octa core RK3368. Best of both worlds in my book, but it goes much further than that.

Interesting Points The SBC can be used in the case in or plugged into a carrier board (landingship) , which expands on connectivity and adds more features.
