EC reluctant to recommend OpenDocument

European Commission officials, unhappy there may be two competing ISO document standards, want industry players to work together.

[We have been trying to get Microsoft to work with ODF since its inception. The EC should just point out to Microsoft that they have had plenty of opportunity to participate. - dcparris]
