The internet sites technocrat.net, ZDNet, and the maker Green WiFi themselves report about successful test setups with cheap, low-cost, and solar-powered routers, which could be deployed to “developing countries”.

This is about much more than just the “digital divide”. This is about ourselves, and how we see and treat the rest of the world.
