As Novell embraces Linux more tightly, the company plans to rely on channel partners to drive sales across the board. At this week's BrainShare conference in Salt Lake City, Ladd Timpson, Novell's worldwide director for channel marketing, and Mark Hardardt, vice president of global sales at the vendor, shed some light on the role that partners will play in an interview with CRN Section Editor Matt Villano.
