Here is a quick tutorial on how to host your own website with Linux. This tutorial is the basics of setting up a Linux server. Hosting your own website can be a fun entry way into learning the in's and out's of Linux and being a Linux administrator. I have used this tutorial to setup the Linuxblogger website. Once you have a server setup you can host all sorts of things from websites, game servers, and even file sharing depending on your hardware and internet service.
