Wall Street Journal Unfairly Reviews Ubuntu

I have been watching the buzz surrounding this recent WSJ piece on the usability of Ubuntu by the common user. As per critics of the reviewers, they fail to actually hear what the man is saying.

I don't care which OS you are using, having a application crashing on you is never something that the end user is looking to experience. But Mossberg experienced this when using Ubuntu, after a brief sleep session with the provided computer. We need to understand that while we each have our opinions over OS', this is not an opinion that he expressed here - it's a fact, the applet crashed.
