In hopes of helping newbies to linux where other have failed via online chat. i have created an irc.freenode.net channel titled #tuxhelper It will also serve as a temporary chatroom for the TinyMe linux distribution.

The channel was created out of frustration of the many failed channels on freenode. While it is brand new it would be a good time for interested persons to join and gain (op) status. This status will be given to those who give help and receive help; no arrogance. Many people have so many questions and due to the large sizes of some of the channels it is too hard to receive that help.
So our aim is to keep the channel size slow; move them in and move them out.
