Mark Shuttleworth, father of the popular Ubuntu Linux distribution, proudly announced earlier today, May 7th, at the Ubuntu Developer Summit in Oakland, USA, the goals for the upcoming Ubuntu 12.10 operating system.

Ubuntu Developer Summit for Quantal Quetzal, the upcoming version of the popular Ubuntu operating system, is taking place these days in Oakland, California, USA, between 7 and 11 May. Mark Shuttleworth delivered this morning his usual keynote where he talked about the present and the future of Ubuntu, including topics like Ubuntu TV, usability of Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, HUD demonstration, and integration of elements of ‘origami and paper’ into the look of Ubuntu 12.10.
