BRIEFS from Apple's trademark enforcement department have written angry letters to an open source group over the ipodder.
Ipodder Lemon was free software distributed under a GPL licence to manage podcasts. M'Learned friends from Apple have sent a cease and desist notice to the the ipodder code writers saying that they were "decieving users" that the software was connected to Apple's iPod device.
