While trying to do a little holiday shopping at Old Navy's online store (http://www.oldnavy.com) I was greeted with a friendly:

Old Navy is operated by Gap, Inc, which also operates Banana Republic and Gap Stores. A quick visit to both of these sites resulted in the same error message.

My setup? Mozilla Firefox 1.5 running on Linux of course.

I sent my concerns to their customer support department. You should do the same.
(Interestingly, I couldn't even get to the 'Contact Us' pages on these sites, and had to visit the corporate Gap, Inc site.)
