Does Microsoft impose a prisoner mentality?

At last! The answer to why ex-Windows users come to Linux and complain because it isn't just like Windows!

OK, guys, the full beat of my theory of MPM (Microsoft Prisoner Mentality) is in the link (See Full Story). In short, Linux users are used to freedom and can't understand what's going on with these crazy Windows people. Windows users are used to having one Big System with a cell... er, a Product Serial number...and being told what to do and where to go and are baffled when they get to Linux. If it isn't prisoner mentality, I don't know what is. So the question becomes: "How can Linux set up half-way houses to accommodate ex-Windows users until they can function in Free Software Society on their own?"
